This is really great. A simple hack is to divide the 3mg into two halves. Especially since it's a chore to just having it sit in your mouth for probably 30minutes. This shortens the time they have to be in your mouth. And please remember DON'T SWALLOW.

I like them a lot. They take the edge off. They're pleasantly minty, but if you chew them or eat them too fast, you die of nausea. Please don't use if you haven't eaten anything for the day. They really take the edge off and give you something to tongue stab and shift around your gums in resentment. Well worth the buying.
